A Fix-It Day usually looks like:
• Forms that actually send, to an inbox you actually check.
• Booking and scheduling connected and tested on a real phone.
• An automated follow-up so nobody falls through the crack between "interested" and "booked".
• Welcome and confirmation emails written and turned on.
• The pages that undersell you, rewritten.
• The broken, outdated, or embarrassing thing you've been meaning to deal with since last year, finished.
HOW THE DAY RUNS
Once you book — I'll send you a short intake. Not a homework assignment. Just enough that I walk in knowing your site.
A few days before — You'll get the plan. What we're focusing on, in plain language, so nothing feels like a mystery.
Then it's your day — I work. You run your business. I'll check in if I need a decision from you, and I'll send everything over when it's done.

QUESTIONS YOU MAY BE ASKING
What if I don't know what's wrong with my site? Perfect. That's the normal starting point. You fill out the intake, I diagnose it, and I tell you what we're doing before the day starts.
What if we don't finish everything? We prioritize in the plan, so the highest-impact fixes happen first. You'll never get to 5pm wondering where the day went. If there's more to do than one day holds, I'll tell you that upfront — before you pay, not after.
Do I need to be available all day? No. Be reachable for a decision or two. Otherwise, go work.
Can I reschedule? Yes, with at least 7 business days' notice. Life happens.
Is it refundable? Fix-t Days are non-refundable once they are booked, but I am happy to reschedule if needed.
What platform do you work on? Showit and Squarespace. It's what I build on and it's what I'm fastest in.
