Website Design & Remodel Services: We offer custom "5-Day Remodels" and bespoke design services tailored to your specific brand needs.
Website Templates: We offer digital Showit templates for purchase. These are digital products and are subject to specific licensing (see Section 4).
Optimization Resources: We provide audits and guides aimed at improving website performance and user experience.
3. Use of Services
You agree to use our services for lawful purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, or exploit any part of our website design, code, or resources without explicit written permission from A. Marie Inspired Websites.

Ownership: All intellectual property rights, including copyrights and trademarks related to our website, original designs, and resources, remain the sole property of A. Marie Inspired Websites.
Template License: Upon purchase of a template, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license for your own business use. You may not resell or redistribute our templates or design layouts as your own work.
5. Payment & Refunds
Services: Custom design services require a deposit as outlined in your specific project contract.
Digital Products: Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales for website templates and digital resources are final and non-refundable.
Payments: We use secure third-party processors (such as Stripe or HoneyBook) and do not store your credit card information.
6. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and protect your data.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our website and services are provided on an "as-is" basis. While we strive for excellence, we do not guarantee specific financial results or a 100% error-free experience following the launch of your site, as third-party platforms (like Showit or Google) are outside of our direct control.
8. Limitation of Liability
A. Marie Inspired Websites shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or the temporary downtime of your website.
